About the Program
Move Beyond AI Awareness
Most healthcare teams have heard enough about artificial intelligence. What they lack is a disciplined path from a genuine problem to something that can be tested inside a real organisation, with real constraints, governance and budgets.
"This is not only an AI course. It is an implementation-focused intrapreneurship experience for healthcare professionals."
You work on your own challenge throughout. You leave with a defined solution, a costed case, a pilot plan and a pitch — the assets that turn intent into action inside your institution.
The Learning Journey
From Challenge to Pilot-Ready Solution
- 01
Identify
Select and frame a real, high-impact challenge from your own clinical or operational reality.
- 02
Design
Shape an AI-enabled solution concept around the workflow, the users, and the decision it improves.
- 03
Build the case
Quantify value, cost, risk, and feasibility so the idea survives scrutiny beyond enthusiasm.
- 04
Gain support
Map stakeholders, governance, and sponsorship needed to move from concept to authorised pilot.
- 05
Pilot
Define scope, safeguards, timeline, and the smallest credible test of the solution.
- 06
Measure and pitch
Set the metrics that prove impact and deliver an executive pitch ready for decision-makers.

MD, EMBA | Internal Medicine Consultant | Healthcare Innovation and AI Strategist
Dr. Almohammedi is a physician-executive working at the intersection of clinical practice, healthcare strategy and applied AI. He is an Internal Medicine Consultant and Academic and Public Affairs Manager at Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group, holds an Executive MBA in Healthcare from Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College, and is completing a Doctorate in Business Administration in Digital Transformation and AI in Healthcare at University College London.
He led the Saudi Arabia hub of the Global Healthcare AI Hackathon 2026, a Harvard Health Systems Innovation Lab initiative that drew more than 2,040 applications and ranked first globally across 41 countries, coordinating eleven national partners including MOH, SDAIA, RDIA and HUMAIN. He also built a Kingdom-wide AI-enabled digital health research programme that equipped over 200 healthcare professionals with proposal development and AI-driven research methods.
His work spans AI governance, research and IRB oversight, digital maturity and value-based transformation, alongside international roles as Founding Chairman of the MBSC Alumni Association, Healthcare Club President, and Saudi national representative at forums such as the Technology Forum Life Sciences in Milan.
HNG-AI reflects that practice: a compact, demanding session where participants build their own implementation-ready work rather than watch a presentation about the future.
